LuminaTech, a tech company providing lighting solutions for commercial buildings, wanted to create a digital platform for their B2B clients. The platform needed to simplify the process of managing large-scale lighting installations while maintaining a clean, intuitive interface.
My role was to design the user interface and user experience from the ground up, ensuring that both first-time users and experienced professionals could easily navigate the platform. I worked closely with their development team to map out user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
The result was a sleek, modern interface with clear visual hierarchies and intuitive controls. I introduced data visualization tools that allowed users to easily monitor their lighting systems, as well as a detailed project management dashboard.
This platform transformed LuminaTech’s client experience, making it easier for them to manage projects and ultimately improving client satisfaction. The design played a significant role in increasing user retention and overall platform engagement.
